Why don't we just get rid of the all of the people who are causing the problems?
Estimates vary on the true cost of turnover by position to any company - ranges are between 30-50% of that employee's salary. While every company at times has an employee that needs to be replaced, most employees can and will THRIVE with the right training and support. Why spend money on turnover when you can hone the skills of those in whom you have already invested?

Once your company has purchased 10K in CBC services, your company becomes a PREFERRED CBC PARTNER. For all additional services you purchase at CBC, your company is entitled to a 10% discount. You will be a CBC PREFERRED PARTNER for Life.
